2. When can I expect to receive my Grabversary gift after making my selection?

You can anticipate receiving your Grabversary gift on or shortly after your Grabversary date, once you've finalized your selection.

3. Will my Grabversary gift be delivered directly to my home or will it be sent to the office?

Yes, to ensure your convenience, we've arranged for your Grabversary gift to be delivered right to your doorstep (D2D).

4. Am I able to have my Grabversary gift delivered to a location that is different from my work location - home address?
No, the Grabversary gift can only be delivered to your home address in your assigned country location to ensure seamless delivery.


5. Will I receive any updates or notifications regarding the delivery of my Grabversary gift? If so, who will be providing these updates?

Yes, you will receive updates and notifications about your Grabversary gift home delivery. These updates will be provided by our dedicated Grabversary team, and you can reach out to them via grabversary@admgroup.com for any inquiries.

6. How can I confirm or acknowledge the receipt of my Grabversary gift?

For doorstep (D2D), we ensure that our delivery person obtains a signed receipt upon delivery. This receipt will include the recipient's name and signature for verification.
