What is Grabversary+ Programme?
Grabversary+ is a programme that recognises and celebrates our long-time Grabbers, who are more commonly known as Grabversauruses*.
At Grab, we value our Grabbers' contribution and dedication in driving #TheGrabWay forward. We want to recognise, reward and celebrate the commitment and milestones of Grabversauruses. In recognition of Grabbers' significant milestones in completing 5 and 10 years of service at Grab, they will receive an exclusive Grabversary+ award based on their tenure.
This policy is non-contractual, and may be amended from time-to-time without prior notice to Grabbers.
*Grabversauruses (also known as Grab Dinosaurs) refers to Grabbers who have completed at least 5 years of service at Grab.

Eligibility
The Grabversary+ award applies to all full-time, regular (FTE) Grabbers who have completed 5th and 10th year of continuous service with Grab and satisfy the following criteria:
●Must not have resigned or be serving notice of resignation before the actual receipt of the Grabversary+ Award;
●Length of service will not be recognised under the scenarios below:
○Tenure during Fixed Term Contract (FTC) before conversion to FTE
Additional Note:
For Grabbers on Unpaid Sabbatical leave, please remember to 'Return from Leave' via Workday upon the end of your leave period. Otherwise, the system will continue to exclude your service length accumulated during your leave of absence.
